The workshop aims at solving questions such as:

  • How can Phenopackets be used in data resources like registries?
  • Why do I need Phenopackets if my data registry is already FAIR?

To identify needs and how Phenopackets can meet them, a Q&A will bring the opportunity to discuss and solve these and further questions.

This 2h workshop consists of giving an overview of the GA4GH Phenopackets standard to get insight of it, its applications and the benefit to adopt it, specifically to the European Reference Networks (ERNs). The topics include:

  • Introduction to GA4GH, Phenopackets and the benefit to adopt it
