Monitoring of Funded Projects

Monitoring activities are necessary in order to allow measurement of outcomes and to ensure an adequate use of resources. Under EJP RD, monitoring assists in evaluating the progress, outcomes and impact of the Joint Transnational Calls (JTC) funded projects, the networking events intended to share knowledge on rare diseases and/or rare cancers and the Rare Diseases Research (RDR) Challenges for projects involving industry and academia.

Our monitoring and evaluation activities allow a systematic tracking of implementation and outputs and measure the effectiveness of the different programs, while helping in determining when a project is on track and when changes may be required.
